Delete your data

The short version

  • You can close your account and have your data deleted at any time.
  • Export first if you want to keep a copy.
  • We delete it within 30 days, except records the law makes us keep.

How to ask

  1. Sign in and export anything you want to keep.
  2. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and say "delete my Managed MCPs data".
  3. We confirm it is you, then delete your account and your content.

What we delete

Your account, your content, your settings and your devices. Backups roll off on their normal schedule.

What we keep, and why

Invoices and payment records that tax law requires, and security logs for a short time. These are kept apart and are not used for anything else.

Apps on your devices

Apps that work on your device keep their files on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them. We never had a copy.
