Getting started
Have your API ready, tell us what AI may do, and connect the AI app you use. We give you the setup steps.
Early access. We switch on each account together with you. Until yours is on, there is nothing to connect yet.
1. What to have ready
- Your API's address, the public web address where it runs.
- Your API description file, if you have one. It lists what your API can do.
- The three to five things you want AI to do first, most of them just reading.
- Your API key, if your API needs one. We keep it safe and never share it with an AI app.
2. What we do with you
We set up your server, go through the actions with you, and switch on the ones you pick. Read-only actions can go on right away. Anything that changes data waits for your yes.
3. Connect your AI app
We give you ready-made setup instructions for each app. Follow the ones for the app you use. Each app gets its own access, so you can cut one off without affecting the others.
4. Claude
In Claude, on desktop or web, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector using the setup we give you.
5. ChatGPT
In ChatGPT settings, add a custom connector in developer mode, using the setup we give you.
6. Cursor
Add the connection we give you to Cursor's MCP settings, for one project or for all of them.
7. If something is not working
An action missing from the list usually means it is switched off or waiting for your yes. Check it on the Tools page. Need more help? Contact us.
